Target Columbia’s Heroes & Helpers 2025

The festivities continue as we support another Howard County Police Department Youth Program, the Target Heroes & Helpers event. The Police Foundation received funding through a grant from Target for this event that joins the efforts of Target, first responders, and charity organizations like the Police Foundation to host the joy of a holiday shopping occasion for children living in areas that are under-resourced.

Many thanks go to the Target Columbia team for creating some special holiday memories for many of our Howard County kids!
