Finnegan is the newest member of HCPD’s Digital Forensics Section!  He is trained to detect electronic storage devices such as SD cards, thumb drives, and cell phones.  

HCPD adopted Finnegan, a lab mix, from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center when he was 10 months old.  He went through 12 weeks of initial training and must recertify every year through the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
