As part of HCPD Youth Division’s P.L.E.D.G.E. (Pride, Leadership, Education, Diversity, Growth and Evaluation) youth leadership and mentoring program, school resource officers took Howard County high school students to yesterday afternoon’s Orioles game! The outing is one of several field trips the program takes throughout the year on school’s out days.
