Starting Monday, February 6th, the Mission BBQ in Ellicott City will donate $2.00 from every Thanks For What You Do Blue Cup to the Howard County Police Foundation, Maryland State Fireman's Association and Howard Heroes.
It will now be easier than ever to stay in touch with the Howard County Police Department and gain a behind-the-scenes look at what the department is doing in the community.The foundation funded updated photography and videography equipment for the department's Office on Public Affairs.
The proceeds from the Howard County Bar Association’s Bowling with Badges event were delivered to the Howard County Police Foundation during a brief presentation on December 13. Bowling with Badges organizer Elizabeth Rosen and bar association President-elect Ryan J. Dymek presented a check for $4,500 to Police Foundation Chair Kyri Jacobs and Police Chief Gary L. Gardner in advance of a police briefing held at the Southern District Police Station.
