Every year the Police Foundation receives funding through a grant from Target for this event that joins the efforts of Target, first responders, and charity organizations like the Police Foundation to host a holiday shopping occasion for children living in areas that are under-resourced.
Many thanks go out to the Target team in Columbia, MD for creating some special holiday memories for many of our Howard County kids!
