HCPD’s Annual Civilian Appreciation Picnic 2024

The Howard County Police Department’s civilian employees are the backbone of the agency. They do a lot of work behind the scenes to support the sworn staff and the citizens of Howard County.

The Police Foundation once again assisted in funding the annual civilian appreciation picnic. This is a great way to show the HCPD civilian employees how much their hard work and dedication is appreciated.
