HCPD Once again participating in the Police Polar Bear Plunge in 2016

The Howard County Police Department is once again participating in the Police Polar Bear Plunge, set for January 29th, 2016.  Members of the HCPD will plunge into the freezing cold Chesapeake Bay in exchange for donations that go towards supporting Special Olympics, Maryland.
