On Wednesday, August 2nd, Howard County Police Foundation President Kyri Greenleaf-Jacobs turned over the keys to HCPD Chief of Police Gary Gardner. The pathway patrol car will help our community outreach officers conduct even more patrols on the county’s pathways. Look for it when you’re biking, running, or strolling along the many footpaths in Howard County!
