Come See Us at the Columbia Triathlon Expo
This year the Columbia Triathlon is celebrating its 33rd anniversary as one of the most challenging and longest running triathlons in America. Triathletes from around the world will gather in Howard County, MD on Sunday, May 15, 2016 to compete in the Olympic-distance race. Our crew will be representing the Howard County Police Foundation at this year’s Columbia Triathlon Expo, dates and times are as follows:
Friday, May 13, 2016Â – Packet Pick-up and Expo

Saturday, May 14, 2016Â – Packet Pick-up, Expo

Below are the following race category options:
Triathlon
Ages 16 & up can compete in this Olympic Distance Triathlon with a .93 Mile Swim, 25 Mile Bike and 6.2 Mile Run
Duathlon
Ages 16 & up can compete in the inaugural Duathlon at the Columbia Triathlon, a 2.2 Mile run, 25 Mile Bike and 6.2 Mile Run.
Aquabike
Ages 16 & up can compete in only the swim and bike portion of the event.
Triathlon Relay
2 or 3 individuals can team up to compete together in the Triathlon Relay.
Duathlon Relay
2 individuals can team up to compete together in the Duathlon Relay.
Youth Relay
This registration is for teams of 2 for the duathlon or 3 for the triathlon that are all under 18 years old. Someone over 18 must create this team in registration.
